Quick, quicker, Nissan GTR !

It's official : the fabulous Nissan (R35) GTR , the new Japanese supercar, is Godzilla!
Seriously, this car has a Ferrari for breakfast and a Porsche for lunch...


Today, a very friendly owner offered me a ride in his stunning white GTR, and when he pushed the pedal to the metal, I could only think one thing : POWERRRRRRRRR!
The acceleration-speed of this thing is just insane, and thanks to the AWD and the dual-clutch, this car keeps on going, without any hesitation what so ever. The 6-speed transmission shifts in half a second, and that's very fast. (In R-mode, only 0,2 sec. That's euhm... even faster!)The twin-turbo 3.8l. V6-engine delivers around 480-520 hp, as every engine is hand-built. 0-100km/h. in 3.5sec. , topspeed +300km/h.

But forget the numbers : it feels like taking a ride in a rollercoaster, or better a ride on a rocket!
And even at high speed, this car seems to be taped to the road. (Thx to the 20' Dunlop Sports)
Some say 'a car's only as good as its brakes' : well, check out the huge Brembo's. When you push the brakes, it's like dropping an anchor. My face almost came off...

The interiour of the car is very classy, with lots of black leather, the red start-button and the well-known computer in the dashboard.


This customizable multi-function display was designed togheter with Polyphony (Playstation Gran Turismo designers) , and shows you everything you want to know about the car. (It even has a Lap-timer!)On the famous Topgear-track, the GTR is on the 14th place, faster than the Ferrari Scuderia, Corvette C6 Z06, Mercedes SLR Mclaren, ... and the GTR is 10 times cheaper than most of them!
